FAQ

What log formats are supported?

The analyzer works with common SMTP gateway logs, including Postfix, Sendmail, and Exim-style lines that contain connect, reject, client, from, to, status, and relay fields.

Does it store or send my logs anywhere?

No. All parsing happens locally in your browser. Your log data is never uploaded, stored, or shared.

Can it tell me why a message was blocked?

Yes. It extracts rejection codes and DNSBL references, such as 554 5.7.1 blocked using dnsbl.example.net, so you can see the exact reason a sender was denied.

Is this a replacement for my email security gateway?

No. It is a diagnostic converter that helps you read and summarize gateway logs faster. It does not filter, block, or deliver email.
